Customer reviews, none invented.
Only reviews from people with a paid account: a rating from one to five stars and a text written in their own words. Every review is checked, published with a name and a date, and stays on the page even when the score is low.
How these reviews reach the page
The rules are simple, because both trust in the score and the legality of review markup in search depend on them.
- Customers only: Only a signed in person sees the form, and not before seven days of use. There are no anonymous reviews on this page.
- Checked before publishing: We read every review and reject only spam, abuse and other people's personal data. We do not rewrite the text of an opinion.
- Consent to publish: Without an explicit consent tick a review stays internal feedback and never reaches the site.
- Low scores stay: A one or two star review is not deleted. The average is computed over every published review, with no cherry picking.
