TelegramGo&Reply connects to your regular Telegram account over MTProto, like one more device. That is why private chats, groups and channel discussions all reach the inbox, you can reply at any time with no 24 hour window, and the other person sees a conversation with you rather than with a bot.
A Telegram bot only sees people who pressed Start and has no access to normal conversations. Connecting the account removes that limitation entirely.
Telegram does not forbid working from a personal account, but it does not encourage automation either, so moderation and clear boundaries matter here.

Marta L.Private1Need a company invoiceTelegram treats the connection as an ordinary device: it appears in your active sessions and can be ended there in one click.
The connection here works differently from the other networks, which is why it raises the most questions.
MTProto technically gives access to the whole account, so in settings you tick which chats, groups and channels sync with the inbox. The rest is neither downloaded nor stored, and the session can be closed from Telegram's device list.
A Telegram bot only sees people who started it, cannot read normal conversations and cannot reply in a chat the customer began. That does not work for a unified inbox, so we connect the account instead of a bot.
The inbox shows an authorisation error and the Telegram Autopilot pauses so it does not make things worse. Your history and settings in Go&Reply stay, and you can reconnect once the limit is lifted.
