InstagramInstagram exposes four separate streams through its API: Direct messages, comments under posts and Reels, story replies and reactions, and mentions of your account. All four arrive in one inbox with the customer history attached, and a reply goes back to the source it came from.
The usual buyer path here: sees a Reel, asks the price in the comments, continues in Direct. All three steps sit on the same customer card.
The limits below are not Go&Reply's, they are Meta's rules for the Instagram Graph API. Better to know them upfront than to hit them after connecting.

The three questions support gets most often about this network.
Replies go through the official Instagram Graph API for business accounts, which is Meta's sanctioned way to handle messages and comments. The risky pattern is messaging people who never wrote to you, and that is exactly what the Autopilot does not do: it answers incoming messages.
Only what you approved at connection: messages, comments, mentions, posts and insights of that account. There is no access to your personal profile, your friends or Messenger conversations outside the connected page.
On Personal one Instagram account plus one in each of the other seven networks. On Business up to five workspaces and forty accounts in total, so a separate Instagram per brand or agency client.
