These are the answers people need before the first payment: how access is granted in each of the eight networks, what their APIs really allow, where the autopilot's permissions end, what Personal at 15 USD and Business at 99 USD include, and what happens to your data and tokens.
What the product does and how long the setup takes.
It collects private messages, comments, mentions, story replies and reviews from eight networks into one queue, scores every conversation as a buyer, answers in your brand voice inside your limits and publishes content on a schedule. A reply goes back to the source it came from.
Connecting one network is a login on its own consent screen, about a minute. The longest part is describing the brand: products, prices, delivery and the tone of answers. A working inbox with draft replies is usually ready the same day.
No. The applications and keys on the network side are already configured on our end, you only approve access. In Telegram your own account connects over the MTProto protocol, so private chats and groups are visible, not only what people write to a bot.
Yes. The autopilot switches off completely and you keep one queue with customer history, buyer score, templates, assignment to an operator and analytics. The AI can be enabled later, and at first only in draft mode.
What the product can do inside a network equals what its API allows, so the concrete requirements and limits are named here.
Instagram, Facebook with Messenger, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, Threads and X. Each network has its own page listing which streams arrive and which actions work, work with a limit or are not available at all.
The API only exposes private messages and comments for professional accounts linked to a Facebook page. Switching the account type takes a minute in Instagram settings and does not change your followers, posts or profile name.
After a customer writes, you can reply with any text for 24 hours. Later only a pre approved template is allowed, and that conversation is billed by Meta. The product shows how much of the window is left and inserts the right template for you.
X only exposes private messages on the paid levels of its API, while mentions, replies, quotes and publishing work without it. X also limits requests per hour, so the feed refreshes on an interval rather than instantly.
Personal gives all eight networks with one account in each. Business allows more accounts per network inside one workspace, and workspaces themselves separate brands and agency clients.
The autopilot works inside limits you set, and every action stays in the log.
Only if you allow it. There are three modes: every draft waits for approval, only safe intents are released automatically, or the autopilot answers on its own inside your limits and blocked topics.
From your previous answers, your product descriptions, prices and delivery rules, plus the examples you marked as good. Tone, sentence length and how formally you address people are configured per workspace.
The conversation is handed to a human with the reason attached: missing product data, a disputed price, a complaint or a legal question. The customer gets a short acknowledgement and the operator sees the thread at the top of the queue.
Reports show the share of accepted drafts, the share that was edited, the number of hand offs to a human and the first response time per network. Any automatic reply opens in full: time, text, source and the limit it passed under.
Two plans, billed monthly, with a trial. The price does not depend on the number of messages.
Personal is 15 USD per month: one brand, one user, all eight networks. Business is 99 USD per month: several workspaces, team roles, client access and higher AI limits. Personal starts with seven free days.
You are warned in advance. After the limit the AI features pause until the next period or until you move to a higher plan, while the inbox, publishing and analytics keep working as usual.
Yes, on Business. Each client gets a separate workspace with its own connected accounts, brand voice, team and reports, and one client's limits are never spent by another.
In the profile, in the billing section, without contacting support. Access lasts until the end of the paid period, your data stays in place and a downgrade only lowers the limits. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored on our side.
What is stored, who can see it and how to remove it.
We never receive your social network passwords. The networks issue an access token, it is stored encrypted, never shown in the interface and can be revoked with one button in the profile or in the network's own settings.
Only the people given access to that workspace, and only within their role: an operator replies, a manager sees reports and settings, a client sees only their own brand. Team actions stay in the log.
Disconnecting a network deletes its token at once and stops all reading and answering. A deletion request removes conversations, comments, drafts and generated creatives of the chosen workspace, and deleting the account ends the subscription and every workspace with no way back.
No. A conversation is used to answer in that same conversation and to tune your brand voice inside your own workspace. It does not go into shared training sets and is not used for other accounts.
The full list of limits lives on the pricing page, here are only the lines support gets asked about.
The documentation covers every screen of the product, and support answers by email and in Telegram.
