Delete your account and all data

Log in at https://goandreply.com, open Profile and choose Delete account. Alternatively, email support@goandreply.com from your registered address and we will delete your data.

What gets deleted

Your GO & REPLY account: email, password hash and profile.
Connected social tokens, which are revoked and removed.
Stored messages, comments and autopilot content.

Disconnect one network only

To remove a single social network without deleting your account, go to Profile and Connected accounts and click Disconnect. You can also revoke access in the settings of the platform itself, for example Instagram, then Settings, then Apps and websites, then GO & REPLY, then Remove.

Timing

After deletion the data is soft-deleted for 30 days and then permanently erased. Security logs are kept up to 12 months. Accounting records are kept as required by law.
