Getting startedWhat is Go&Reply
Go&Reply is an AI Autopilot for social media and a smart inbox in one product. It reads messages and comments across eight networks, scores every contact as a buyer and replies in your brand voice.
Teams lose sales not because nobody writes to them, but because they cannot reply in time and cannot see which of those people is ready to pay. Go&Reply solves both: it gathers every conversation in one place and helps you reply faster, sharper and in the right tone.
Two parts of the product
Smart InboxEvery message and comment from connected networks in one feed. Each conversation gets a buyer score and an intent tag so the hottest leads surface first.
AI AutopilotAn autonomous AI agent writes posts, runs conversations, replies to comments and warms up your audience following your brief. You set the rules and approve the result.
Key facts
- 8 platforms: Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Telegram, Facebook, Threads and WhatsApp Business.
- A buyer score from 0 to 100 and 13 intents for every message.
- Replies in your brand voice in Russian, English, Spanish, Ukrainian and German.
- Interface in three languages: Russian, English, Spanish.

Getting startedHow Go&Reply works
From a connected account to a ready reply there are four steps. Understanding this path helps you tune the product to your needs.
- 1CollectGo&Reply connects to networks through official APIs and pulls new messages, comments and mentions in near real time.
- 2AnalyzeEvery message runs through the model: an intent is detected and a buyer score from 0 to 100 is assigned.
- 3RespondA reply is generated from the brand brief. You can send it manually, edit it or let Autopilot send it for you.
- 4MeasureEvery action feeds analytics and reports: response time, share of hot conversations, breakdown by network and intent.
NotaGo&Reply never acts blindly. Until you switch on AI replies or Autopilot, the product only sorts and suggests, and you send everything yourself.
Getting startedYour first steps
Setup takes a few minutes. On Personal the first seven days are free, and you can cancel before the first charge.
- 1Create an accountSign up with an email code, no password. Enter your email, receive a six digit code and log in.
- 2Connect your first platformOpen the connections page and authorize a network through OAuth. You never enter your social passwords.
- 3Fill in the brand briefDescribe tone, language, topics, products and words to avoid. The richer the brief, the sharper the replies and posts.
- 4Explore the inboxSee how Go&Reply scores incoming messages and tags them. Sort by buyer score.
- 5Turn on AI helpStart with one click AI replies. Once the tone feels right, hand part of the work to Autopilot.
DicaTip: connect your single most active network first. It is easier to judge reply quality before scaling to the other platforms.
Getting startedAccount, login and profile
Logging into Go&Reply is passwordless. It is safer and there is nothing to remember.
Code based login
You enter an email, we send a one time six digit code. The code is valid for a limited time and works only once. That means there is no password an attacker can steal or guess.
Profile and language
- Interface language switches between Russian, English and Spanish at any time.
- Light and dark theme: pick manually or follow the system setting.
- The profile holds subscription details, connected accounts and team settings.
Core conceptsData model and core concepts
The objects Go&Reply works with. Understanding this model helps you read analytics and build automations.
- Connection
- A linked social account authorized via OAuth.
- Conversation
- A thread with a single contact on one network.
- Message
- A single inbound or outbound item. Carries an intent and a buyer score.
- Comment
- A message attached to a specific post. Grouped by post.
- Buyer score
- A number from 0 to 100, the likelihood to buy.
- Intent
- One of 13 categories of message meaning.
- Label
- A status or tag for teamwork: replied, spam and others.
- Workspace
- An isolated set of accounts and data, usually per client or brand.
- Brand brief
- Tone, language, topics and rules that guide text generation.
Core conceptsBuyer Score and intents
The buyer score is a number from 0 to 100 that shows how close a contact is to buying. The intent explains what the person wants.
How to read the score
| Range | What it means |
|---|
| 80 and above | Hot buyer. Ready to purchase, reply first and personally. |
| 50 to 79 | Warm interest. A question or a doubt, help to close. |
| 20 to 49 | Conversation and support. No direct purchase yet. |
| below 20 | Fans, greetings, spam. Safe to automate or skip. |
13 intents
The model assigns every message to one of thirteen categories. This helps filter the feed and build automations.
- Order, pricing question, booking.
- Partnership, B2B request, press.
- Hiring, support, general question.
- Complaint, fan, greeting, spam.
NotaDetection accuracy reaches 99% on a dataset of 500 thousand messages across several languages. The score is recomputed as the conversation evolves.
Core conceptsThe 13 intents
Every message maps to one intent. The intent code can be used in automation conditions.
| Intent | Code | Description |
|---|
| Order | order | Ready to buy or place an order. Usually a high score. |
| Pricing | pricing | A question about cost, discount or payment terms. |
| Booking | booking | A request to book, meet or reserve. |
| Partnership | partnership | An offer to collaborate or partner. |
| B2B | b2b | A corporate or wholesale request. |
| Press | press | A request from media, bloggers or press. |
| Hiring | hiring | A question about a job or vacancy. |
| Support | support | An issue with an order or product, help needed. |
| Question | question | A general question with no clear commercial intent. |
| Complaint | complaint | Dissatisfaction, a claim or negativity. |
| Fan | fan | Support, praise, a loyal follower. |
| Greeting | greeting | A greeting or small talk with no request. |
| Spam | spam | Ads, bot messages, junk. Usually a low score. |
NotaThe intent is recomputed as the conversation evolves: the same contact can move from greeting to order.
ProductSmart Inbox
The inbox gathers every conversation from connected networks into one feed and helps you work by priority, not by arrival order.
What you see
- A single feed of messages from all networks with a platform badge on each conversation.
- A buyer score from 0 to 100 next to every message.
- An intent tag: order, pricing, booking, support and more.
How to work faster
- Sort by score to handle hot leads first.
- Filter by network, status and intent.
- Reply manually, insert a quick reply or generate an AI reply in one click.
- Add labels and statuses so the team sees what is already handled.
DicaKeep the unanswered filter on with sorting by score. This is the working mode where you always close the most valuable conversations first.

Analytics and reports
Connected networks are polled through official APIs. New messages enter a queue, pass through the AI layer where they get an intent and a score, and are stored in the database. The inbox and comments UI reads this data, and the reply engine sends responses back to the network manually, by AI suggestion or through Autopilot.
NotaSync runs in near real time. The frequency depends on each network API rate limits.
Platform and infrastructureSecurity and data
Security is built into the product from the start. Passwordless login, access only through official APIs, encrypted tokens.
- TLS 1.3 encryption for all traffic.
- Message text storage capped at 90 days.
- GDPR compliance.
- OAuth tokens are stored encrypted.
- We never sell data to third parties.
You can delete your data at any time on the data deletion page. Revoking access in the social network itself also stops syncing instantly.
Platform and infrastructureWorkspaces and team
Workspaces separate accounts and data between clients or brands. They are the foundation for agencies and teams.
- Multiple workspaces for different clients or brands.
- Team members with roles and access control.
- Data in one workspace never mixes with another.
NotaSeveral workspaces come with the Business plan: one workspace per brand or client, a team with roles, client access, more accounts in each of the eight networks and higher AI limits.
PlansPlanos e pagamento
São dois planos: Personal por 15 USD ao mês para uma marca e Business por 99 USD para equipes, agências e várias marcas. O Personal começa com sete dias grátis, a cobrança é mensal e o cancelamento fica no perfil.
