What changed in GO & REPLY: eight networks, autopilot limits and two plans
Over the past months the product changed not cosmetically but exactly where we used to explain in words what the interface did not show. Here is the short summary: what connects, what the autopilot decides, what the reports show and how the plans look now.
Eight networks and different ways to connect
The list is Instagram, Facebook with Messenger, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, Threads and X. One important clarification about Telegram: it is a session of your own account over the MTProto protocol rather than a bot, so ordinary private chats, groups and channel comments are visible. Every network now has its own page listing openly what works, what works with a limit and what is not available at all.
The autopilot with moderation modes and a log
- Three modes: every draft waits for approval, automatic sending of safe intents only, full autonomy inside the limits
- Daily and hourly caps plus a list of blocked topics the automation never answers
- Hand off to a human with the reason attached: missing product data, a disputed price, a complaint, a legal question
- An action log: time, the exact text, the network, the source and the rule the reply passed under
Comments, publishing and reports
Comments live on a separate board tied to the post: buying questions rise to the top, spam is hidden, and one answer can go out publicly and in private messages at once. Publishing sits in a calendar with a per network preview and respects each network's rules: five hundred characters on Threads, vertical video on TikTok, the 24 hour window in WhatsApp Business. Reports now include the numbers that show the quality of the AI work: the share of accepted drafts, the share that was edited and the number of hand offs to a human.
Why only two plans are left
There used to be five plans, and choosing one took longer than setting up the product. Now there are two: Personal at 29 USD per month for one brand and one user, and Business at 99 USD for teams, agencies and several brands, with roles and client access. All eight networks are in both plans, both start with seven free days, and cancellation is in the profile at any time.
Everything above already works rather than being planned. The details of each part live in the documentation, and the limits of a specific network on its own page: those are the only two places where we promise exactly what the product can do.
